INGREDIENTS:
400g chickpeas, washed and drained
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat some sunflower oil in a frying pan until hot. Add the chickpeas and fry until crunchy.
Meanwhile mix the spices and salt in a bowl.
When the chickpeas are cooked, add to the bowl and stir well.
