- 1 butternut squash
- 1 potato
- 1 litre vegetable stock
- 2 spoons of Greek yoghurt
- Cook all the ingredients in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
- Put the pressure cooker under a cold tap and quick release the pressure.
- It s not necessary to peel the butternut squash.
