This is Pud and John who had come over from England with their telescope. They managed to bring all the equipment on the plane with no problem. We powered the telescope and camera with an extension lead from the house. The telescope is sophisticated and is capable of turning to compensate for the rotation of the Earth. Some of the objects are very distant and they need very long exposures to make a good photograph.
